Mary Ann Irelan, age 75 of Bremen, passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at her home. She was born April 17, 1948 in Atlanta, daughter of the late Raymond and Louise Townsend.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Carey Leo Irelan, Sr.; daughter, Susan Irelan; brother, Troy Pike; sister, Betty Denny; and a great-granddaughter, Makayla Irelan.

Survivors include her children, Tammy and Roxanne Ferguson and Carey L. Irelan, Jr.; sister, Deborah and Mike Estes; brother, Frankie Townsend; grandchildren, Lisa Irelan Dean, Samantha Miller, Brandon Goodson, Erin Goodson, Corey Little and Dewey Irelan; and thirteen great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 18, 2023, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.

Services will be held Monday, June 19, 2023, at 11:00 am from the Chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Rev. Jessica Blackwood officiating. Carey Irelan, Jr. Darby Dean, Chris Miller, Jayden Irelan, Erin Goodson, and Cameron Irelan will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at 2:00 pm in Crest Lawn Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia.
