Maxine Marie Morris, 83 of Spruce Street, Cedartown passed away April 10, 2008. Ms. Morris was born on November 9, 1924 in Cherokee County, Alabama the daughter of the late Charles H. Morris and Fannie Ragsdale Morris. A retired Security guard of Star Manufacturing Company and Member of Arrington Chapel Congregational Methodist Church. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews. Services will be conducted Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 11 AM from Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Dr. Jerry Buttram officiating. Jimmy Austin, Chuck Burford, Brad Austin, Dennis Morris, Jimmy Lankford and Bill Hightower will serve as pallbearers. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Mausoleum.
