Nancy Gail Calloway Appleby, age 80, of Winston, Georgia, passed away on August 6, 2026. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 14, 1946, daughter of the late James Calloway and the late Elizabeth Calloway.

She is survived by her husband: Edwin Thomas Appleby; children: Bayne Davis (Leigh), Greg Appleby (Angie), Jimmy Appleby (Sherry), Chris Appleby (Valerie); son-in-law: Todd Goodwin; grandchildren: Alexandra Davis, Nolen Davis, Lindsey Appleby, Dalton Appleby, Amber N. Appleby, Dale Appleby, Amber S. Appleby, Destry Appleby, Maddy Appleby, Scott Toney, Stephen

Toney; six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter: Laurie Goodwin; sister Elaine Farnsworth.

According to her wishes she was cremated. At this time, no services are planned.
