Nellie Mae Wilson Brown, 89 of Douglasville, passed away, Tuesday, July 15, 2008. She was born October 21, 1918 in Paulding Co., GA, the daughter of the late Arthur Wilson and Maude Chapman Brown Wilson. She was a homemaker and a member of Central Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, J.T. Wilson and Lester Wilson and sister, Velma Wilson Turner. She is survived by the father of her children, her daughter and son-in-law: Diane and Theo Harding; sons and daughters-in-law: James Larry and Debbie Lynn Brown of Lithia Springs and Ronald "Ronnie" Jack and Brenda D. Brown of Douglasville; grandchildren: Chris and his spouse, Brittany Franklin of Winston, Kevin Brown of Carroll Co. and Brittney Brown of Lithia Springs, five great grandchildren; nieces, Carol Brown and Debbie Music. Funeral Service will be conducted Friday, July 18, 2008 at 3:00 pm from Hightower's Memorial Chapel in Douglasville. Interment will follow in the Central Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, July 18, 2008 from 11:00 am until the funeral hour at 3:00pm.
