Patricia Payne Copeland of South Pecan Street, Bremen passed away Sunday, October 24, 2010 in an Atlanta hospital. She was born in Haralson County, September 7, 1943,daughter of the late Joe Brown Payne and Mary Martelle Rutledge Payne. Mrs. Copeland was a retired employee of the Warren Sewell Clothing Company. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Miles and a brother, Jerry Payne. Survivors include husband, Stanley Copeland of Bremen; daughters and son-in-law, Cindy and Josh McCorsley, Bremen, Kim Brown of Carrollton; grandsons and spouses,Will and Kati Kent, Brett and Alea Kent, Carrollton, Trey Brown, Bremen, Macy Brown of Carrollton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce and Wayne Robinson, Bremen, Sheila and Tom Garrett of Bremen; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gene and Laverne Payne of Cocoa Beach, FL, Donnie and Shelby Payne of Bremen; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Sybil Copeland of Bowdon and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Myra and Terry Woodbridge of Winston. Services will be Tuesday, October 26 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Minister Sidney Garner officiating. Will Kent, Brett Kent, Trey Brown, Rick Copeland, Bob Brown, Josh McCorsley, Brad Brannon and Brian Payne will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
