Patsy Christine Warren McCarley, age 79, of Bremen passed away peacefully on May 11, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born February 15, 1947, in South Boston, Halifax County, Virginia, Patsy was the proud daughter of the late James Lee Warren and Mary Cole Warren.

Mrs. Patsy was a faithful member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church. She was the proud owner of Mrs. Patsy's Daycare for over 15 years and devoted her life to caring for children and families in the community. In addition to owning and operating her daycare, Patsy was also a beautician who loved serving and caring for others. Patsy was known for her loving heart, gentle spirit, and the joy she brought to everyone who knew her. She enjoyed cooking, reading, gardening, traveling, and especially spending time with her beloved grandchildren. Above all else, Patsy cherished her family and treasured every moment shared with them.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband, Larry McCarley; children, Monica McCarley-Hammond (Brandon), Patrick McCarley, Molly McCarley Alexander (Chris), and Mary Elizabeth Easterwood; brother, Lamberth Warren; and grandchildren, Mary Lee Holm (Ben), Eliza Christine Alexander, Oliver Easterwood, and Delilah Medal Easterwood.

In addition to her parents, Patsy is preceded in death by her sister, Nelly Sue Marchbank.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hightower Funeral Home.
