Mr. Rader Duffie, age 75 of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Thursday morning, April 18, 2019. He was born May 17, 1943 in Carroll County, Georgia, the son of the late O. C. Duffie and the late Madge Muse Duffie. He was an electrician by trade, having retired from West Georgia Electric where he worked for over twenty years. He was a United States Air Force veteran and was Baptist by faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Joyce Daniel Duffie, and a sister, June Duffie Hatfield. He is survived by his son, Kelly Rader Duffie of Madison, Alabama. In keeping with his wishes, the body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 3:00 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, April 28, 2019 from 1:00 PM until the hour of service. Inurnment will follow at a later date in Carroll Memory Gardens.
