Ward
Apr 24, 1939 — Jul 6, 2025
It is with both sorrow and celebration that we announce the passing of Mrs. Reudean Mulkey Baldwin Ward, who peacefully left this world on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at the age of 86. Born on April 24, 1939, in Shroud, Alabama, Reudean lived a life full of love, faith, and dedication.
Reudean was not only a devoted homemaker but also a cherished member of her community and a committed member of Mt. Zion Congregational Holiness Church, where she nurtured her strong relationship with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her faith guided her through life, and she instilled these values in her family and friends. Reudean was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, whose warmth and kindness touched the hearts of all who knew her. She exemplified the true spirit of compassion and devotion.
Reudean leaves behind to cherish her memory, her sons, Kenneth Baldwin and Keith Baldwin; her daughters, Patricia Dialene Thompson and Joyce Baldwin Bryant; and her sister, Phyllis Simmons. Her legacy continues to shine brightly through her 21 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren, and 31 great-great-grandchildren, who carry forward the love and strength she imparted to them.
Rudean was welcomed into Heaven by her loving husband, Robert Ward; her first husband, Marvin Baldwin; her parents, Hill and Florence Mulkey; her brothers, Alvin Mulkey, Floyd Mulkey, Virgil Mulkey, and Jimmy Mulkey; and her sister, Janice Couch.
