Richard Larry Winters, age 77, of Lithia Springs, Georgia, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 8, 1949, son of the late Leonard Eugene Winters, Sr., and the late Mary Caldwell Winters. Richard was retired from Robert Bosch Company with 25 years of service.

He is survived by his wife, Robin Franklin Winters; children, Tamica Pack and Vion Franklin; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Pat Winters; brother, Gene Winters, Jr.; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 3, 2026 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Hightower's Memorial Chapel.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home with Geoff Damewood officiating.

Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
