Mr. Rick L. Kemp, age 53, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2013. He was born January 20, 1960 in Fulton, Missouri, the son of Carolyn Gifford Kemp and the late David A. Kemp. He had worked for seventeen years with Superior International Industries as purchasing agent and accounts receivable manager. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mitchell Wayne Kemp. Survivors include his wife, Carol A. Wilson Kemp; mother, Carolyn S. Kemp of Oak Grove, Missouri; daughter, Kristi Kemp and son, Shawn Kemp, both of Carrollton; sister, Kathy K. O'Haver of Columbia, Missouri; brother, Tracy A. Kemp of Oak Grove Missouri; and one grandchild, Noah L. Kemp. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. In accordance with his wishes, the body will be cremated following the visitation, and a private service will be planned at a later date.
