Ronald C. Leaptrot, age 53, of E. Hwy 5, Carrollton, Ga., passed away Saturday, March 3, 2007. He was born September 2, 1952 in Fulton County, Georgia, to Charlotte Elaine Andrew Leaptrot and Hugh Dillard Leaptrot. Mr. Leaptrot was a U.S. Army Reserve Veteran, also worked as a stocker for Wal Mart and was a Baptist by Faith. Besides his parents, survivors include his wife, Mary E. Dehane Leaptrot; his step children and their spouses, Shelby & Tim Robinson of Carrollton, and David & Bridgette Spradlin of Covington; grand children, Chris Spradlin, Brandon Spradlin, Amy Robinson, Lee Robinson and Josh Robinson; also several cousins. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, March 5,2007 at 3 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Harold Peacock officiating. Pall bearers will be Bobby Wolfe, David Trilane, Tim Robinson, David Spradlin, Joe Dehane and Alan Henderson. Honorary pall bearers will be Alan Smith, Kris Spradlin and Josh Robinson.
