Rosemarie "Francois" Francis passed away peacefully on October 3, 2026, at the age of 86. She was born on April 16, 1940, in Latourte, Haiti.

A funeral service to honor Ms. Rosemarie's life will be held in the Chapel of Martin and Hightower Funeral Home on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Jacques H. Bejin officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour. Interment will follow in West Georgia Memorial Park.
