Mrs. Sybil Elizabeth Criswell, age 88 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at her residence. She was born May 13, 1929 in Carroll County, Georgia, the daughter of the late James Blackwelder and the late Mary Barnes Blackwelder. She was a retired pharmacy tech with Miles Pharmacy with twenty-five years of service and was a member of the New Hope United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Riley Criswell; a daughter, Rita Gail Criswell and a brother, James Blackwelder. Survivors include her sons and a daughter-in-law: Cris Criswell and Tim & Dawn Criswell, all of Carrollton; sister, Evelyn Caldwell of Carrollton; sister-in-law, Jo Blackwelder of Douglasville; and three grandchildren, Riley Criswell, Cooper Criswell, and Kirby Criswell.
