Thomas Randall "Randy" Webb, age 71, of Winston, Georgia, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2026. He was born on November 28, 1954, in Austell, Georgia, the son of the late Thomas Roy Webb and the late Geraldine Estelle Davison Webb.

Randy retired from Printpack with more than 25 years of service. After retirement, Randy enjoyed helping his children, Kevin and Valerie, with Webb's Lawn Service. He was a member of Union Grove Christian Church, where he served as a deacon for over 25 years. Randy was also a member of the Flint Hill Masonic Lodge #371.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia "Patty" Welch Webb; daughter, Valerie Webb; sister, Diane Helms; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his son, Kevin Webb, and his brother, Steven Webb.

The family will receive friends at Hightower's Memorial Chapel from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. The funeral service will be held at Union Grove Christian Church at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, with Minister Mike Mallory officiating. Music will be provided by Clark Ponder and Lisa Hendrix. Josh Welch, Joe Welch, Johnny Crumpton, Clark Ponder, Jeremy Wisham, Jeremy Helms, and Dewayne Ivey will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will follow at Union Grove Christian Church Cemetery.
