Tonda Lynn McCrary passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026. Lynn was born on June 27, 1978, in Carrollton, Georgia, and she remained a cherished member of the community throughout her life. A proud graduate of Central High School, she embraced life with warmth and kindness, always finding joy in the company of her family and friends.

Those who knew Lynn will remember her for her spirited love of fishing and her unique way of connecting with those around her, often found delivering meals as a DoorDash driver. She had a way of brightening any room she entered, and her laughter will be profoundly missed.

Lynn is survived by her beloved mother, Linda Yearta, her two sons, Alex and Gary, and her dear uncle, Bonnie Yearta. She also leaves behind a host of extended family and friends who held her dear. Though she is preceded in death by several aunts and uncles, the love and memories they shared will continue to resonate.

To honor Lynn's remarkable life and the impact she had on everyone who knew her, a funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Martin & Hightower Funeral Home. Pastor Wayne Webb will officiate the service, guiding us in remembrance and celebration of her sweet life. Prior to the service, family and friends are invited to join for visitation from 12:00 PM until 1:45 PM.
