Tony Jack Leach, age 88, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on June 19, 2025. He was born in Forsyth, Georgia on February 19, 1937, son of the late Leander Leach and the late Lillie Mae Shead Lambert. He loved his wife and his four daughters and all his grandchildren. Tony loved watching Nascar races on TV, the Braves, and he loved reading. He also enjoyed going to the races in Atlanta. He attended First Baptist Church of Douglasville.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years: Carolyn M. Leach; daughters: Annette Lee and her husband Randy, Audra Cohran and her husband Danny; grandchildren: Jim Lee and his wife Kristy, Tony Barrett, Marcy Simpson and her husband Daniel, Amber Walker; great-grandchildren: Chad Lee and his wife Angela, Maddie Lee, Madison Simpson, Emma Walker/Jackson, Jase Jackson, Hunter Simpson; many nieces and nephews

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters: Linda J Howard and Samantha Ann Frey; sisters Ruby Pate and Judy Bailey.

The family will receive friends at Hightower's Memorial Chapel on Sunday June 22, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

The funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Carol Couch officiating. Jim Lee, Chad Lee, Randy Lee, Danny Cohran, Daniel McCarty, Gavin Anderson will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
