William Lynn Anthony, age 75 of Carrollton, passed away Sunday, October 07, 2018. He was born August 1, 1943 in Lafayette, Indiana, son of the late, Vincent Anthony and Anna Elizabeth Anthony. He graduated from Jefferson High School and attended Purdue University in 1965 and Mayo Clinic School in 1967 where he received a degree in Physical Therapy. He worked as a physical therapist for Amedysis Home Health. He was Catholic by faith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Marsha Anthony Melton; and stepdaughter, Tonja Robin Hunter. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Tura Dollar Anthony of Carrollton; his son and daughter-in-law, Shane M. and Monica Ensley Anthony of Carrollton; daughter and son-in-law, Nicole L. Anthony and Scott Kloeblen of Canton; brother-in-law, Paul Melton of Lafayette, Indiana; grandchildren, Megan Kloeblen Ouellette (Steven) of Woodstock, Wade Thomas Kloeblen of Canton, Trace Cullum Kloeblen of Canton, Camdyn Allyn Kloeblen of Canton, William McKinley Anthony of Macon, Elizabeth Kate Anthony of Carrollton, and Ella Rynn Kloeblen of Canton; two great grandchildren and three nieces. The family would like to give a special thanks to Tanner Hospice for the excellent care Bill received. In keeping with the family's wishes, his body has been cremated and a private graveside service will be conducted. The family will receive friends at Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
