Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Wilma Jo Clark, age 76, who passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026. She was born on September 15, 1949, in Grove City, Pennsylvania, to the late Frank Clair Clark and Mary Margaret Mong Pellitt.

Wilma's life was centered around the people she loved most. She shared a devoted marriage with her husband, Robert "Bob" Padilla, and was a proud and caring mother to her son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Gina Boughner, and her daughter, Melissa Boughner. She found one of her greatest joys in being a grandmother to Nicholas and Tosha Boughner, cherishing the time she spent with them and the memories they created together. She also shared a lifelong bond with her sisters, Wanda Costello and Clara Robertson, who remained a steady and meaningful presence throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Peter Pellitt.

Wilma dedicated her professional life to her work as an accountant with the South Seminole and North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority. She approached her work with diligence and pride, earning the respect of her colleagues and receiving a distinguished government award in recognition of her efforts.

Outside of her career, Wilma had a deep love for genealogy. She spent countless hours researching her family's history, carefully piecing together stories of the past and sharing them with those she loved. It was a passion that reflected her appreciation for connection, heritage, and the importance of remembering where we come from.

At home, she found comfort in the simple, meaningful moments with family, quiet days, and the companionship of her beloved black labradoodle, Lilly, who brought her constant joy.

Wilma will be remembered for her steady presence, her sense of humor, and the genuine care she gave to those around her. Her life was one rooted in love, and that love will continue to be felt by all who knew her.

In keeping with Wilma's wishes, her body has been cremated, and there are no formal services scheduled at this time.
